REFUNDS 

We offer no refunds on deposits or payments for inactive, abandoned, or lay dormant projects for over a month.

We issue service refunds within 7-10 days of the original purchase. If you get disrupted services from us, please inform us at help@highriskmerchant.xyz. It may take a maximum of 30 days to process the request for a refund.

For promotional offers, You have to demand a refund within 3 days.

Our team will reach out to you and try to solve the issue. If we fail to solve the issue and you disagree and do not use our service anymore, You will be issued a partial refund.

Please allow us the required time to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
